Dr. Theresa Roberts-Hollaway

 

Greetings!

I have many years of experience in Healthcare, Academia, Institutional Effectiveness, Accreditation and Assessment. My education career began years ago as an Assistant Professor of Radiologic Technology and Clinical Education Coordinator at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. I have an extensive background in administrative positions: Director of Clinical Education Quinnipiac University Hamden, CT and in the same position at Miami-Dade College Miami, FL. I was the Imaging Manager at Hollywood Medical Center for 8 years and Radiologic Sciences Program Director at Keiser University for 14 years. I earned a Doctorate degree in Psychology with certification in I/O psychology specializing in psychological principles and research methods with a focus on workplace productivity and improvement. I served as Acting Program Director and faculty of Keiser University Bachelor of Science Psychology Program for several years. I am the proprietor and instructor of an online continuing education website. I am responsible for web development, web design, course development, author articles for self-directed learning and live instruction of all courses. I have served sixteen (16) years as a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) site visitor accreditation specialist focusing on evaluation of continuous quality improvement via assessment. AND, with all of this, I have been blessed with an awesome husband, son and three beautiful granddaughters! p.s. I can’t forget my furbabies Patch & Floyd and my cockatiel Big Mama!

Dr. Hollaway graduated from California Southern University – Psychology Doctorate Program, Quinnipiac College in Hamden, Connecticut with a Master – Health Sciences, Bachelor of Sciences – Southern New Hampshire University A.S. Radiologic Technology Program Gateway College/Yale-New Haven Hospital. She is the proprietor of X-Ray Imaging Today Website which provides continued online education in the imaging sciences. She is an Adjunct Faculty Radiologic Sciences PIMA Medical Institute and Adjunct Faculty Radiation Therapy at Howard University. She is certified in Magnetic Resonance Imaging with over twenty-five years of experience as an educator which includes a position as the Academic Advisor of the Psychology Program and Behavioral Sciences at Quinnipiac University, Miami-Dade College, and Radiologic Sciences Program Director at Keiser University.

She is married, has a son, three granddaughters and two grandsons. She enjoys reading, music and traveling.
