How do I qualify to earn CE credit for attending an Xray Imaging Today webcast?

You must successfully log in, attend the webcast for at least 50 minutes and complete a short survey at the conclusion of the live event. The survey must be completed immediately at the conclusion of the event.

Do I need to take a quiz?

No. The webinar is a live lecture like at a conference attendee do not need to complete a quiz to earn CE credit for attending. You only need to attend the webcast and complete a survey immediately at the end of the live webcast to earn CE credit.

How will I receive confirmation that I earned CE credit for the webcast?

Completing the webinar survey at the end, a certificate of attendance will be issued immediately. Please print/kept a copy to be submitted to the ASRT.

I can’t make it to the live webcast. May I access the recording?

No. Live broadcasts are not recorded.

I registered for the live webcast but will not be able to attend. How do I cancel my registration?

To cancel a webcast registration prior to the event, click “Cancel Registration”. The credit will be automatically applied to your method of payment. Please allow up to five business days for credit processing. You may also email thollaway@xrayimagingtoday.com

How do I know if I successfully registered for an Xray Imaging Today webcast?

Upon successful registration, an email confirmation will be sent to the address you entered during registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder. You may email thollaway@xrayimagingtoday.com to confirm your registration if you cannot locate the confirmation email.

I am having trouble viewing or hearing the live webcast. What do I do?

If your connection to the live webcast is not ideal or interrupted in any way, first refresh your browser to improve your connection. If that does not resolve the issue, log out of the live webcast and log back in as needed to establish a proper connection. If you continue to have problems, email thollaway@xrayimagingtoday.com
